Infringement Ninja is operated by Hoome Holdings. By using the service you agree to these terms.
What the service does
We search public sources for possible infringements of the brands you ask us to watch, assess them with automated tools, and draft correspondence on request. Results can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing we provide is legal advice, and you are responsible for any action you take, including notices you send.
Your account
Only watch brands you own or are authorised to protect. Don't use the service to harass others or file reports you don't believe in good faith to be accurate.
Plans, credits and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Monthly credits reset each billing period and don't roll over. Top-up credits don't expire while your account is open. You can cancel at any time from the billing page and keep access until the end of the period.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. We aren't liable for infringements we didn't detect or for the outcome of any dispute.
